IGNITE IS LAUNCHED

2006

Over two decades ago, Pastors Mark and Lisa Vega recognized the need to develop and equip people to become influential leaders in their communities. Below you will see a brief history of the expansion of our reach.

MOVE TO GAINESVILLE

2007

Ignite moves to Gainesville, FL and expands their reach to a community. This allowed Ignite to enrich the lives of single mothers, at-risk youth and homeless community.

PARTNERS

2014

Ignite partners with Southeastern University to offer degrees to young adults; Fueled by the Office of Refugee Resettlement, Ignite Refugio opens to shelter and assimilate children into American culture.

FOSTER CARE

2016

Ignite Refuge opens as and emergency shelter for teens in the foster care system.

GROWTH

2017

Ignite establishes its first satellite location in Phoenix, Arizona.
Ignite Biz is launched in efforts to train and resource church members to develop their dreams into business. Funded by the Basketball Cop Foundation, Ignite Hope Basketball Court is built on the Ignite facilities and is opened to the community.

BIGGEST YEAR

2018

Ignite School of Ministry receives its largest class of applicants into the school of ministry. The campus becomes an Bible Institute location and give the opportunity for people to recieve their ministerial credentials

MORE GROWTH

2019

Ignite establishes its second satellite location in New Rochelle, New York.
Ignite becomes the skeleton to the Mariano Rivera Foundation's program centers.
